Property Summary
This country estate with a garden and a terrace comprises a total of 10 villas, a lobby, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, and a café. The complex features a newspaper stand, a small supermarket, a bar, a nightclub, a games room, an air-conditioned restaurant, laundry facilities (charges apply), bike hire, a playground (charges apply), and a car park. On arrival: Please check in with all passports pertaining to all the travellers over the age of 18 years, and holiday voucher, that will be posted shortly. Properties are available officially from 2pm however, where possible, the reception will endeavour to check guests in earlier. Departure day: the afternoon prior to departure, the reception will confirm the time of vacating the room, the standard time is 10am, but sometimes due to the maid service?s schedule, this time can be extended. The villas each come with 3 bedrooms, an en suite bathroom, a TV, and a kitchen with a fridge, oven, microwave, and coffee and tea making facilities. Individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a terrace, a washing machine and ironing equipment also feature as standard.

Location
On leaving the airport: continue straight ahead past the first roundabout until reaching the next roundabout, at the main Mahon/Ciudadela road. Turn left towards Ciudadela. Follow this road for roughly 12 km past Alaior on the right, and shortly after that, there is a signpost for Son Bou. Turn right and proceed along the maid road, following the signs for Son Bou. Continue along this road (roughly 5 km), and guests will come to a tunnel in the hillside, after which there is a roundabout, showing a sign to the beach. Continue along this road. The reception office of M.M Property Rentals, is situated on the left-hand side, just past the roundabout, from where the key to the property should be collected.

Activities
The complex features a swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and a Jacuzzi. Leisure options (on Son Bou beach) include banana boating, water skiing, jet skiing, motor boating, diving, surfing, windsurfing, pedaloes, tennis, and a bowling alley (charges apply).
