Property Summary
As the name suggests, this fabulous villa complex is situated in the slightly quieter area of Matagorda in Puerto del Carmen. The villas have either 2 or 3 bedrooms (depending on the size of your party)& 2 bathrooms, and each offers it's own facilities including their own private individual swimming pool and paved sun terrace providing a degree of privacy. The full resort's amenities are within a 10 minute walk & the beach just 150m making this a very popular destination for families who don't want to be too far out (a car is almost not necessary!)
This villa complex was formally known as Villas Sol Lanzarote.
Location
It’s less than 10 minutes form the airport!
On leaving the airport, follow the signs for Yaiza which will lead you onto the dual carriageway. From here you’ll need to take the left-hand turn, towards Puerto del Carmen which will lead you under a road bridge and past petrol stations on both sides of the road. Drive until the next road on the right, under another road bridge and you’ll approach a roundabout. Take the first road on the right and continue for just a few minutes until the next roundabout. The villas are here on the left side (next to the Hotel Sol Lanzarote). You’ll note a little passageway on the right of the villas. Here you can access the villas and park you car.
Features
These villas of both 2 & 3 bedrooms have seaviews and are situated in a slightly quieter area of the main resort. Entrance to each villa is directly into a stylish lounge / diner with fully equipt kitchen including fridge, oven, ceramic hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. There are also both a washing machine and dishwasher.
Each villa has a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and at least one other bathroom.
Villas have own individual private swimming pools (7x3.5m) complete with patio furniture.
There is Satellite TV & video. Safety deposit box is also provided.
