Property Summary
Sands Beach Resort is a superb holiday destination with beach front and plaza apartments. It is perfectly located on a private lagoon in fashionable Costa Teguise on the south-eastern coast of Lanzarote. The resort is both desirable and sought-after - some of the apartments are actually on the resort’s own lagoon style sandy beach. A very popular and slightly upmarket destination for British holiday makers. The beach front apartments are particulary well suited to families with smaller children although in general the complex has proved very popular with all mixes of age groups.

Location
Located on the beach front of Los Charcos and central to the main area of Costa Teguise. The resort has direct access to the illuminated promenade. A twenty minute drive from the Island’s airport.

Features
Features a range of different types of accommodation. Choose from studio bungalows and one or two bedroom apartments. The studios and apartments offer a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer (with the exception of one bedroom junior apartments which have partial kitchen facilities). Make your choice from Beach Front, which are situated directly onto the private sandy beach, or Plaza Apartments, six individual plazas all of which are built around their own large gently swimming and children pool.

Activities
For the more energetic holiday maker, Sands Beach Resort can arrange scuba diving, windsurfing, horse riding, boating, deep sea fishing or mountain biking. There is also a 18 hole championship golf course, a five minute drive away. On site there is a fully equipped games room with pool, snooker and table tennis. There is also a gym and a tennis court. Nearby is an Aquapark & Scuba Diving school. For golfers this hotel is well suited. The hotels will help you take the utmost care over your golfing details by offering you advice and assistance and by helping you to make your reservations. Many golfers like to be close by the golf course but also wish to be in a central location ideal for nightlife, restaurants and bars. This hotel fits all the catagories.
