This complex was built in 1985, renovated in 2003 and consists of 235 rooms of which 230 are apartments. Amongst the hotel's facilities count a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, and a panoramic lift. Also available is a small supermarket, various bars, a TV room with a small library, a restaurant, conference facilities, and a public Internet connection (charges apply). On payment of an additional fee, guests may make use of the laundry service, and there is also car parking, a playground and a kids' club (four years and over) available.
The welcoming apartments come with a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, a TV (fee payable), a kitchenette, a fridge, a minibar and a hire safe. Each also has a balcony or terrace with breathtaking views.
Location
Guests should follow the motorway towards Puerto Rico, passing a business centre and then turning off to the right. Pass a park, and at the roundabout take the exit Avenida de la Cornista and continue to the end of this road, past the Europa business centre.
Activities
The well-maintained outdoor area features a sprawling pool complex with 2 swimming pools and a separate children's pool, a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. In addition there is a solarium, a gym and, for an additional fee, table tennis, tennis (hard court, floodlighting), squash, billiards and minigolf. There is also an entertainment programme to provide some variation. Sun loungers and parasols have also been laid out ready for use on the beach (charges apply). The nearest golf course is located approximately 15 km from the hotel.
