Property Summary
The well known Ipanema Park Apartments are located in the first barranco of Puerto Rico. Built into the hillside and designed such that every apartment has a breathtaking view over both the marina and the ocean. The whole complex was renovated in 2002 and it now offers a superior level of comfort and tranquility. It's an ideal location for adults or families with smaller children.

Located in the Barranco Agua de Perra of Puerto Rico overlooking both the port and the sea.
Just 6 minutes to the nearest shopping centre and a 10 - 15 minute stroll to the beach.
35 minutes drive from the airport.
Features
All apartments feature living room with sofa bed, satellite TV channels and direct line telephone.
Kitchens include cooking utensils, toaster coffee maker and kettle.
Bedrooms have twin beds and views of the sea.
Large swimming pool (heated during the winter months), with separated area for children. The sun terrace around the pool has sun-loungers and parasols free of charge.
The restaurant - pool bar has a large outdoor terrace and serves breakfast, main meals and snacks all day. There's entertainment on certain nights of the week plus a popular BBQ evening for those who might wish to stay around the complex for an evening.
Due to the recent re-furbishment of this complex, coupled with the marvellous views, it's location and the level of service, we grade this complex as a 3.
