Property Summary
The Hotel Dunas Canteras is located on the seafront promenade overlooking the fantastic beach of Playa de las Canteras in Gran Canaria's capital Las Palmas. The views of the beach are spectacular including views of the volcanic Mount Teide on the neighbouring island of Tenerife. The hotel specialises in health & beauty treatments and has a fully equipped spa centre including spa pool, jacuzzi, massage centre, turkish baths, gymnasium and solarium offering the perfect opportunity to relax and pamper yourself at ease. Meals are taken in the main buffet restaurant and there is also an a la carte restaurant available. A cosy piano bar provides a relaxing atmosphere to take a drink and unwind. There are two commercial centres within easy walking distance nearby for shopping and the centre of Las Palmas is a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel which offers a wide variety of local culture. The Dunas Canteras is oficially categorised as a 4* hotel, However in our opinion we feel this property deserves a 5 Sun rating.
