The air-conditioned hotel provides comfortable accommodation at reasonable prices, and has become a great favourite. With just 38 rooms, the hotel has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Facilities include a foyer, the famous Camel Bar with roof terrace and several award-winning restaurants, such as Pomodoro. The hotel is one of the few in Sharm el-Sheikh to offer full wheelchair access to all public areas.
Each of the rooms comes with an en suite bathroom, individually controllable air conditioning, a fridge, satellite TV and a hire safe. The 30 superior rooms have their own terrace or balcony overlooking the pool. The eight standard rooms are of the same quality, but without a pool view. As a budget or family option, four of the standard rooms may be converted to accommodate up to four beds each. Five superior rooms offer wheelchair access and specially equipped bathrooms. Free high-speed wireless Internet access is available at WiFi hotspots dotted around the hotel and dive centre.
Activities
The hotel has one of the best-known diving centres in Sharm el-Sheikh that was founded in 1986. It is a PADI Gold Palm 5* Instructor Development Centre and offers guided boat diving, snorkelling and tec diving. There is a lockable store room in the dive centre for stowing equipment. The specially-designed diver training pool is right next to the dive school. The pool was designed with divers in mind - as well as relaxation! The pool has three levels, from 1.2 m to 3.4 m in depth, which are ideal for diver training. Watch student divers taking their first breaths under water, or simply relax with a cool drink in the Jacuzzi. Sun loungers and parasols are provided for free, as are beach towels.
