Property Summary
This complex consists of several different apartment blocks. Each apartment block has its own residential area and some blocks include lift access. Parking facilities and air conditioning in the apartments are both available upon request, subject to a fee to be paid directly at reception. The following are included in the price of the apartment: electricity, gas, water, swimming pool and cleaning service on arrival and departure. Pets are not permitted. Deposit: approximately 100 EUR per apartment. Bed linen and towels: approximately 10 EUR per person/week. Air conditioning on request: approximately 70 EUR per week. Parking on request: approximately 56 EUR per week. Cots: approximately 10 EUR per day. Key collection: Office Litoral, Avda Diputación, 39, Edif. Austral, 43850, Cambrils. Office hours: 5 pm ? 8 pm Monday to Friday. 10 am to 1 pm on public holidays. The different apartment blocks feature different types of apartments. 2-bedroom apartments are duplex-style and comprise a lounge with sofabed, 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchenette with fridge and washing machine, a fully equipped bathroom, and a terrace. The 3-bedroom apartments have the same facilities and feature an extra bedroom.
